Enamine

A general term for nitrogen analogues of enols, with an amino group attached to the carbon atom of a double bond. They are produced by the condensation reaction of aldehydes or ketones with secondary amines. They are important in synthetic chemistry as enolate ion equivalents. For example, the α-position of the carbonyl group can be alkylated by treating it with an active alkylating agent such as an allyl halide or benzyl halide, followed by hydrolysis.

Similarly, acylation can be carried out by the action of acyl halides. Reaction with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds gives conjugate addition products.

エノールの窒素類似体で，二重結合の炭素原子にアミノ基が結合した構造の総称．アルデヒドまたはケトンと第二級アミンとの縮合反応によって生成する．エノラートイオン等価体として，合成化学的に重要である．たとえば，ハロゲン化アリルやハロゲン化ベンジルなどの活性なアルキル化剤を作用させたのち，加水分解すると，カルボニル基のα位がアルキル化できる．

同様に，ハロゲン化アシルを作用させればアシル化が進行する．α,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物との反応からは，共役付加生成物が得られる．
