Born May 5, 1907. He became a disciple of Naniwatei Ayakatsu and took the name Ayakatsu II. He later changed his name to Mikado Hiroshi. In 1930, he created "Utairi Kannonkyo" and in 1937, it was released as a record and became a big hit. In 1949, he changed his name to Sankado. Other songs he wrote include "Midori no Haha". After the war, he served as president of the Japan Rokyoku Association. He passed away on October 12, 1998. He was 91 years old. He was from Nagano Prefecture. His real name was Suzuki Jutaro.
