An expert in that art. ※Ukiyo-zoshi, Nihon Shin Eitai-zo (1713), vol. 5 "Looking down on geishas and trying to please dharma-mongers, when you have no gold or silver and no foundation to build, no matter what art you practice, you will not be able to get by." ④ (also written as "dōsha" or "dōsha") A traveler who makes a pilgrimage to a shrine, temple, or sacred place.
