The Jungle Book

Japanese: ジャングル・ブック(英語表記)The Jungle Book
The Jungle Book
A collection of stories by British poet R. Kipling. Published in 1894. It consists of seven short stories, but all of them, except for the fourth story about the seals in the Bering Sea, depict the habits of animals living in the jungle from the perspective of the animals. The main story is about Mowgli, a human baby boy chased by the tiger Sheeran Kan, who is rescued by his father, a wolf, and raised together with the cub, learning the laws of the jungle (Episode 1). He then escapes from the wolves and is kidnapped by a tribe of monkeys, but is rescued by Baloo the bear and Bagheera the leopard (Episode 2). He then returns to the human world, where he experiences its ugliness, but finally defeats Sheeran Kan with the help of the wolves (Episode 3).
