A cold vegetable soup, a Spanish dish. It is made by blending tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers, bread, olive oil, wine vinegar, seasonings and spices in a blender until it thickens. The consistency is adjusted with water and it is eaten well chilled. Tabasco may also be added. ◇It is also called "gazpacho".
