〘Noun〙 One of the esoteric Buddhist ritual implements. A gilt bronze vessel for placing offerings of aka (sacred offerings) , incense (incense) , and garlands (garlands) on a large altar. Three are placed on each side of the fire. The name comes from the fact that six of them make one set. 〘名〙 密教法具の一つ。大壇の上に供養の閼伽(あか)・塗香(ずこう)・華鬘(けまん)を盛る金銅製の器で、火舎の左右に三個ずつ配する。六個で一具となるところからいう。
