Mongol language - Monguor (English spelling)

Japanese: モングオル語 - モングオルご（英語表記）Monguor

It is the language of the Tu people living in Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, Minhe County, and Dayatong County, Qinghai Province, People's Republic of China. The Tu people call themselves "Mongol" or "Chagan Mongol" (White Mongol). In Minhe County, the l sound at the end of a syllable is changed to an r sound, so it is pronounced moʒGor, and has traditionally been called moʒGor-monguor. It is spoken by a population of about 120,000 people, and among the Mongolian languages, it is relatively closely related to Dongxiang, Bao'an, and Eastern Yogur, but has significant differences from other languages such as Khalkha, Buryat, and Oirat, making it a unique Mongolian language.

中華人民共和国の青海省互助トゥ(土)族自治県および民和県，大通県に居住するトゥ族の言語。トゥ族は自分たちを〈モンゴルmoʒGol〉と称し，また〈チャガーン･モンゴル〉(白いモンゴル)とも称する。民和県の言語では音節末のl音をr音に変えて発音するのでmoʒGorとなり，従来moʒGor～monguor語といわれてきた。　使用人口は約12万余で，モンゴル諸語の中では，ドンシャン(東郷)語，バオアン(保安)語，東部ヨグル(裕固)語などと比較的近い関係にあるが，他のハルハ語，ブリヤート語，オイラート語などとは著しい相違点をもち，特殊なモンゴル語の一つである。
