This is a municipal library in Higashi-ku, Nagoya. It houses books that were passed down through the Oshu Tokugawa family, mainly from the Suruga Oyagihon (Suruga Court Collection) that was once owned by Tokugawa Ieyasu and was given to the Owari Domain, as well as the Ozaki Hisaya Collection of Edo literature. The Kawachihon Tale of Genji (Important Cultural Property) is also well-known.
