The correct term is sand-blowing protection forest. It is a forest mainly found in coastal areas to prevent damage to farmland and houses caused by sand blowing, and to prevent the movement of sand dunes. It is sometimes designated as a conservation forest. It is planted with strong tree species that are resistant to salt winds and temperature changes.
