A collection of canon law compiled around 1140 by the Camaldoli monk Johannes Gratianus (?-c. 1160) of Bologna. The Gratian Decrees are the common name for the collection, and its full name is the Concordia discordantium canonum. The book is divided into three parts, and contains about 4,000 legal texts taken from the Bible, council resolutions, papal decrees, patristic documents, Roman law, etc., arranged by theme and chronological order. 1140年ころボローニャのカマルドリ会修道士ヨハネス・グラティアヌスJohannes Gratianus(?‐1160ころ)が編纂した教会法の法令集。グラティアヌス教令集は通称で,正式名称を矛盾教会法令調和集Concordia discordantium canonumという。全体は3部に分けられ,聖書,公会議決議,教皇令,教父文書,ローマ法などから採録された約4000の法文がテーマ別,年代順に配置されている。
