Artillery - Kahou

Japanese:
Artillery - Kahou

A firearm that fires a bullet using gunpowder from a barrel with a caliber of 20 mm or more. It is also called a field gun or field artillery. Until World War II, it was used as the main source of firepower, and many types of guns were used, including cannons, howitzers, mortars, mortars, tank guns, anti-tank guns, anti-aircraft guns, and machine guns. After World War II, high-performance firearms such as precision-guided missiles and rocket artillery were developed, and large-caliber guns disappeared. Currently, guns are generally classified based on the ballistic shape of the bullet, and are classified into guns, howitzers, mortars, anti-aircraft guns, and recoilless rifles.
