…Chikae, a descendant of the Middle Regent Fujiwara Michitaka, lived in Omori, Suruga County, Suruga Province (present-day Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture) and took the name of Omori. In 1416 (Oei 23), Omori Yoriharu and his younger brother, Shojitsu, the 36th head priest of Hakone Gongen, hid Kamakura kubo Ashikaga Mochiuji, who had escaped danger during the Uesugi Zenshu Rebellion, and helped him return to Kamakura. In recognition of this achievement, Mochiuji granted him the former territories of the Doi and Tsuchiya clans, who were on Zenshu's side, and he built a castle in Odawara, Sagami. …
