Institutional guarantee
A guarantee made by a corporation whose main business is guaranteeing the debts of others.
Guarantee agencies include public guarantee agencies established by law, such as the Agricultural Credit Fund Association and the Credit Guarantee Association, as well as private guarantee agencies whose main source of revenue is income from guarantee fees.

他人の債務の保証を主たる業務とする法人によりなされた保証のこと。
保証機関には、農業信用基金協会や信用保証協会など法律に基づく公的な保証機関や、保証料による収益を主要な収益源とする民間の保証機関がある。
