...The river originates at Tsurugi Pass (343m) in the center of the Shima Peninsula, passes through the eastern foot of Mount Kamiji, and the area of ​​Ise Jingu (Naiku). It branches off near the river mouth, one of which becomes a tidal river called the Shiai River and flows into Ise Bay. It is also called the Mimosuso River or the Uji River. Its total length is 24km, and its drainage area is 85km2.
