Cameron, DE (English spelling) CameronDE

...It was primarily conceived as a method of rehabilitation during the transition from hospitalization to the community. It began in Kharkov, Soviet Union, in 1927, but the form used today was started separately by J. Bierer in London and D. C. Cameron in Montreal. The name Day Hospital is said to have been coined by M. Dzhagarov of the Soviet Union in 1937.
