A corrupted form of Honutong. A type of Chinese dim sum. Wheat flour is mixed with kansui (water) and kneaded, then rolled out thinly to make a skin about 10 cm square. A small amount of minced pork and chopped green onions are added, wrapped in the shape of a ground cherries, and boiled. ホヌトンの転訛(てんか)語。中国料理の点心の一種。小麦粉に【かん】水(かんすい)を入れてこね,薄く伸ばし10cm角くらいの皮を作り,少量の豚ひき肉,刻みネギなどを入れホオズキ形に包んでゆでる。どんぶりにとったスープに入れて食べるのが一般的であるが,蒸しワンタン,揚げワンタンなどもある。
