Also known as crushed rock or mylonite. A representative of dynamic metamorphic rocks. Crushed fine grains recrystallize and flow around the residual crystals that escaped crushing, and the striped structure is visible to the naked eye. It is mainly composed of quartz and feldspar, and colored minerals are decomposed by crushing. In Japan, this is known as Kashio mylonite, which develops several hundred meters wide inside the Median Tectonic Line.
