Peer trade
In the broad sense, it refers to transactions between wholesalers, but in the narrow sense, it refers to transactions between wholesalers at the same level in the distribution stage, and is distinguished from transactions between wholesalers at different levels. This type of transaction is often conducted for the purpose of adjusting the product lineup between wholesalers and for commercial transactions.
