Physical fitness refers to a person's ability to adapt to the social environment and act accordingly. It is a term that includes both qualitative and quantitative concepts of human beings and is not limited to physical ability or behavioral ability. Physical fitness testing refers to taking those aspects of physical fitness that can be quantitatively measured, measuring them, and displaying them quantitatively. Items in physical fitness testing include (1) morphological measurements, (2) physiological function tests, (3) health checks, and (4) psychological tests, and there are various test methods for each.
