Premonitory symptoms include a heavy head, lethargy, fatigue, yawning, dizziness, and drowsiness, followed by loss of consciousness. Convulsions and mental confusion may also occur. If sweating does not occur and the body temperature exceeds 40°C, it can be life-threatening.
