Commodity Credit Corporation : A U.S. agricultural credit corporation that implements policies to stabilize agricultural product prices. A government agency established in 1933 as part of the New Deal policy. In 1948, it was reorganized as a public corporation within the Department of Agriculture.

Command, control, communications : The three functions necessary for the effective operation of modern military forces: command, control, and communications. It can also be used to refer to the "I" (information) function.
