Kyuchosho - Kyuchosho

Japanese:
Kyuchosho - Kyuchosho
This ancient book was obtained by Bu Jun, a man from Ji Commandery (Henan Province) in China, during the Western Jin Dynasty, when he robbed the tomb of a Wei king from the Warring States period. Scholars such as Xun Qiyong (?-289) changed the characters of the bamboo slips to those of the time and organized them. It is said that there were originally a large number of bamboo slips, but only a few remain today, such as the Mu Tianzi Biography and the (ancient) Bamboo Annals (which were also destroyed and restored). The Yi Zhou Book is also called the Ji Zhong Zhou Book, but it is not believed to have come from Ji Zhong. The year it was excavated differs between 279 (Xianning 5) and 281 (Taikang 2) in the Annals and Prologue of the Book of Jin and Du Yu's Preface to the Spring and Autumn Classics, and there are also theories that it was excavated from the tomb of Wei, such as that of King Xiang or that of King Anli.
