...Later, Tokujo's son, Eijo, minted the Keicho Oban in Edo. Following the Keicho Oban, the Genroku Oban was minted in 1695 (Genroku 8), followed by the Kyoho Oban in 1725 (Kyoho 10), the Tenpo Oban in 1838 (Tenpo 9), and the Man'en Oban in 1860 (Man'en 1). …のちに徳乗の子栄乗が江戸で慶長大判を鋳造した。慶長大判についで，元禄8年(1695)には元禄大判がつくられ，その後享保10年(1725)に享保大判，天保9年(1838)に天保大判，万延1年(1860)に万延大判が鋳造された。最後の大判となった万延大判は，安政6年(1859)の開港以後，日本の金銀比価が外国にくらべて，金の価値が極端に低く評価されていたので，金銀比価の調整を目的として鋳造された。…
