① Eutectoid point : A mixture of two or more different types of crystals that precipitate simultaneously from a solid solution [Kubo et al.: 1987].
② Eutectoid : A mixture of two or more different crystals that precipitate simultaneously from a solid solution, formed by exsolution in the solid state. It is a similar phenomenon to the formation of a eutectic mixture from a solution, and is often seen in alloys. It is also called a pseudoeutectic [Nagakura et al.: 1998]. A crystal precipitated by a eutectoid reaction [Shimizu, Nagasaki: 1977].
