Chemiluminescent indicators

... Generally, fluorescent substances are unstable, especially when in solution, and are not suitable for storage, but they have the advantage of being distinguishable by the end point of a colored sample. Chemiluminescent indicators, such as luminol and lucigenin, are used to indicate the end point through chemiluminescence and are used in neutralization titrations and redox titrations. Other indicators in the broad sense include radioisotopes that are added to track the behavior of a substance and compounds that show temperature through a change in color.
