Elboing - Elboing

… Weaving: A defensive technique in which you move your torso from side to side to avoid your opponent's punches. Elbowing: A type of foul play in which you strike your opponent with your elbow. Overhand Blow: A striking technique in which you strike down a punch held in front of your shoulder.
