Kyoshinzanji Temple

...The temple also manages Ichinomiya, the central shrine of the Numata region. In the late Kamakura period, the Kobayakawa clan built their own clan temple, Kyoshinzan-ji (Yoneyama-ji), but the temple continued to attract the reverence of the Kobayakawa clan. In particular, during the Muromachi period, the temple was under the protection of the Takehara Kobayakawa clan, whose territory included most of Nashiwa-go, where the temple is located, and was granted various privileges, allowing it to continue to prosper.
