〘 noun 〙 ("sen" means everyone ) ① A discussion among many people. Also, that discussion. A general discussion. Also refers to the result of a discussion or deliberations. ※Sandaikyaku-5, Enryaku 12 (793), January 6th "If _one _enters _{the ranks} of _{the two} current ranks, one will be promoted and the next one will be approved _without a _deliberative decision."
