〘名〙 買主が売主の意思に反して、威力で財物などを買い取ること。⇔押し売り。※後日之式条‐仁治三年(1242)正月一五日「一、町押買事 右不上下、一向可止之矣」※御伽草子・鴉鷺合戦物語(室町中)「押がいし濫妨し、ここかしこの田畠に至て苅田狼藉し」
