state crime

Japanese: state crime(英語表記)statecrime
state crime

...A political crime means that an act aimed at reforming a particular political system or changing a particular policy violates the criminal law or other penal laws of that political society. Political crimes are also sometimes called "state crimes" because they directly attack the overall order of the state itself. In contrast to ordinary crimes that infringe on the lives, bodies, property, etc. of others and have a natural crime character based on ethical discipline, political crimes have the character of a statutory crime artificially created in order to maintain a particular system or policy.
