Japanese: 宝山 - たからやま

Sake from Niigata. The sake is named after Mt. Taho, which towers over the brewery. There are varieties such as Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai, and Honjozo. Won gold medals at the National New Sake Tasting Competition in 1993, 1996, 1997, 2000, 2001, and 2009. The raw rice is Gohyakumangoku, and the brewing water is underground water from Mt. Taho. The brewery, Takayama Sake Brewery, was founded in 1885. It is located in Ishise, Nishikan Ward, Niigata City.

新潟の日本酒。酒名は、蔵前にそびえる多宝山にちなみ命名。大吟醸酒、純米吟醸酒、純米酒、本醸造酒などがある。平成5、8、9、12、13、21年度全国新酒鑑評会で金賞受賞。原料米は五百万石など。仕込み水は多宝山の伏流水。蔵元の「宝山酒造」は明治18年(1885)創業。所在地は新潟市西蒲区石瀬。
