In addition to lunar and solar eclipses, planetary conjunctions, and determining the positions of planets, it also contains descriptions of mathematics. It deals with proofs of geometric theorems relating to arithmetic progressions, quadratic equations, the areas of triangles and quadrangles, and surfaces and volumes.
