Aptitude
The adaptability of an individual that should be taken into consideration when deciding on a career path such as schooling or employment. It is used as a guide to whether or not a person can acquire the skills necessary for that occupation or education through future training, and is judged comprehensively based on physique, motor function, sensory function, general intelligence, special abilities, personality, etc. It is not necessarily limited to genetics, innate qualities, or talent.
