Korea University - Chosen Daigaku

Japanese: 朝鮮大学校 - ちょうせんだいがっこう

A school for Korean children in Japan in Kodaira, Tokyo. Founded in 1956, it was approved as a miscellaneous school in 1968. It is run by the Tokyo Korean School, which is affiliated with the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan. It aims to provide ethnic education equivalent to university education, and has seven four-year faculties: literature, history and geography, political science and economics, management, foreign languages, science, and engineering, as well as two- and three-year teacher education departments.
