A scholar from the Southern Song Dynasty of China. His pen name was Jingfu (or Qinfu) and he was known as Nanxuan. He was from Mianzhu, Sichuan Province. He was from a distinguished family, and his father Zhang Jun (Zhang Shu) not only became a prime minister, but was also famous as the author of the Ziyan Yi Zhuan. Zhang Shu studied under Hu Wufeng (Hong) and was taught Hunan studies, but at the age of 31 he met Zhu Xi (Zhu Xi) (then 34 years old), and they had a great influence on each other over the course of nearly 20 years of friendship. At the time, he was praised as one of the "Three Sages of the Southeast" along with Zhu Xi and Lü Zuqian (Donglai), but he died of illness at the age of 50, before he had reached intellectual maturity.

中国，南宋時代の学者。字は敬夫(または欽夫)。南軒と号する。四川省綿竹出身。名門の家柄で，その父張浚（ちようしゆん）は宰相にのぼったのみならず，《紫巌（しがん）易伝》の作者としても著名。張栻は胡五峯(宏)に師事し，湖南学を授けられたが，31歳のとき朱熹（しゆき）(子)(当時34歳)と出会い，以後20年近い交友を通して，互いに大きな影響を与えあった。当時，朱熹，呂祖謙(東萊)とともに〈東南の三賢〉とたたえられたが，思想的円熟を待たず，50歳足らずで病没した。
