A folk performing art. This dengaku is held at the Kosho-ji Kannon-do Temple in Tammine, Shitara-cho, Kitashitara-gun, Aichi Prefecture, from noon to late at night on February 11 every year. Originally it was an event held at the Shushou-e festival, and until 1968 it was held from the 17th to the morning of the 18th of the first lunar month. It consists of daytime dengaku, nighttime dengaku, and morning dengaku, and the roles played in the festival are almost all hereditary. It is made up of a priest (negi), haori (court steward), saiharai (advance sweeper), torioi (one person each), Shitenden (four people), Odagaku (ten people), and others. 民俗芸能。愛知県北設楽(きたしたら)郡設楽町田峯の高勝(こうしよう)寺観音堂で行われる田楽で,例年2月11日の昼から深夜にわたって行われる。本来は修正会(しゆしようえ)の行事で,1968年までは陰暦1月17日から18日朝まで行われていた。昼田楽,夜田楽,朝田楽からなり,祭りに奉仕する諸役はほぼ世襲制である。禰宜(ねぎ),羽織,先払(さいはらい),鳥追(各1人)を中心に四天田(4人),小田楽(10人)その他からなる。
