Located in Miyauchi, Izushi-cho, Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture. The deities enshrined are Amenohiboko no Mikoto and Izushi Yazen no Okami. According to the shrine's legend, Amenohiboko no Mikoto came to Japan during the reign of Emperor Suinin and developed the area, and out of respect for his virtue, the shrine enshrined the eight sacred treasures he held as Yazen no Okami. In the Engishiki, it is listed as a Myojin Taisha. It is revered as the Ichinomiya of Tajima Province, and in 1871 (Meiji 4), it was ranked as a Kanpei Chusha (medium-ranked shrine). The annual festival is held on October 20th. The Ohanabira Festival is held on November 22nd and 23rd. The shrine treasures include one wakizashi (short sword) designated as an Important Cultural Property by the government, and there are restricted areas within the temple grounds.
