The wife of the Chinese literary figure Sima Xiangru of the Western Han Dynasty. The daughter of a wealthy man, she was attracted to the sound of Xiangru's koto and ran away with him, and she worked in a tavern for the sake of the unfortunate Xiangru. She later wrote a poem called "Baekdu Yin" in which she expresses her resentment when Xiangru, who later served as her official, tried to take a concubine, but it is thought to be a forgery.
