Japanese: 粟餅
Millet rice cake
A famous confectionery made and sold by Awamochi Tokoro Sawaya in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. It is sold in front of Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. It is made of rolled millet mochi wrapped in sweet bean paste or coated with kinako (soybean flour).
