Seeing
The suitability of atmospheric conditions for observing celestial bodies. It is expressed as a number from 10 (or 5) to 1, with 10 (or 5) being when the image of the celestial body does not move at all and appears stationary, and 1 being when the image is distorted and completely unobservable.
