History of Baekje cited in the notes of the Nihon Shoki. The Records of Baekje are narrative, and appear in the Jingo to Yuryakuki sections, so they cover the period from King Geunchogo to King Gaero (346-475); the New Baekje Edition seems to be a chronological book, and appear in the Yuryaku to Muyeolki sections, so they cover the period from King Gaero to King Muryeong (455-523); and the Records of Baekje includes dates and the zodiac signs, and appear in the Keitai to Kinmyungki sections, so they are assumed to cover the period from Muryeong to the accession of King Ideok (501-554). The scope of each book, the dates of its creation, and the authors are unknown.

《日本書紀》の注に引用された百済の史書。《百済記》は物語的で，神功～雄略紀にみえるから近肖古王～蓋鹵（がいろ）王の時代(346‐475)，《百済新撰》は編年体のようで，雄略～武烈紀にみえるから蓋鹵王～武寧王の時代(455‐523)，《百済本記》は日付に干支まで添え，継体～欽明紀にみえるから武寧～威徳王即位の時代(501‐554)をそれぞれ記述していたと推測される。各書の全巻の記述範囲･成立年代･撰者などは不明。
