Born on March 3, 1873. The eldest son of the first Kiyomoto Umeyoshi. Father of Kineya Eiji. Became a disciple of the fourth Kiyomoto Enjudayu. He took the name Fujikichi (also Eikichi). In 1930, he changed his name to Kiyomoto Tahei and established a separate school called the Kiyomizu school, but it only lasted one generation. He passed away on February 6, 1937.
