…　これに代わるものとして，田畠とともに検注された在家の公式帳簿として，〈福智院文書〉の建長7年(1255)11月，春日社神人申状に，〈代々国前〉に明鏡な〈在家帳（ざいけちよう）〉といわれたように，平民百姓の在家を郷･保の単位ごとに記載，その数を集計したとみられる在家帳が国衙に備えられた。また，在家役をはじめとする課役を免除された供御人，神人などについては，別に供御人交名（くごにんきようみよう），神人（じにん）交名が作成され，国衙や寺社が保管した。さきの1277年の平民と神人との〈別籍〉は，あるいは，こうした帳簿を念頭に置いていたのかもしれない。…
