Born on December 23, 1882. Converted to Omotokyo in 1920 and became a missionary. In 1931, he received a divine revelation, and in 1936, he started Okada-style Shinrei Shiatsu Therapy and founded the Dai Nippon Kannonkai. In 1947, he re-established the organization as the Nippon Kannon Kyodan in Atami, Shizuoka Prefecture, and advocated natural farming, and in 1950, he renamed it Sekai Kyuseikyo. He was known for his extensive collection of art. He passed away on February 10, 1955. He was 72 years old. He was born in Tokyo.
