A temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect located on the summit of Mt. Kiyama in the southern part of Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. The mountain name is Iozan, and the principal image is Yakushi Nyorai. Originally it was called Kiyama-gu Shrine due to a syncretism of Shinto and Buddhism with the neighboring Kiyama Shrine.
