...A city located in the central-southern part of Gifu Prefecture, in the middle reaches of the Nagara River. In 1954, Mino Town and the six villages of Suhara, Shimomaki, Kamimaki, Nakauchi, Aimi, and Oyada were merged to form a city. Population: 25,969 (1995).
