Watching

Japanese: ウォッチング
Watching
The enjoyment of watching things closely. In particular, enjoying nature observation as a sport. Birdwatching was the original form of this. The joy of walking around the mountains and fields and observing wild birds became widely known in the 1980s. It was especially popular among women and middle-aged and elderly people. Today, it has spread to people of all ages and genders. Since then, the scope of what is watched has expanded to include dolphin watching, whale watching, and safari watching.
