〘名〙① 江戸時代、幕府評定所に設けられていた腰掛けの一つ。庶民の控え所で、表御門の南側にあった。※禁令考‐前集・第三・巻二八・(寛政七年)(1795)五月「仮牢白洲訴所等取建之覚〈略〉大腰懸に而も拵候得ば、此方内腰懸は入不レ申候」② 茶席の内露地と外露地の間に設けられた中潜(なかくぐり)の内にある腰掛け。
