It is a nematode of the family Dictyostelium that originally parasitizes the stomach wall of cats and dogs as their definitive hosts, but when humans eat raw snakeheads, the second intermediate host, the 2-3 mm larvae do not become adults and instead migrate under the skin, sometimes causing pain, redness, and swelling, and then moving around. There is no effective drug yet. → Related article Nematodes (nematodes) Source : Heibonsha Encyclopedia About MyPedia Information |
