Song of twisted threads

...A labor song sung during the work of spinning boiled cocoons onto a spinning wheel to extract thread. It is sung when spinning cotton into thread onto a spinning wheel, and is also called a "thread-pulling song," "thread-pulling song," or "thread-pulling song." With the development of the spinning machine, which uses a gear mechanism to turn a handle to wind thread onto a spool, female factory workers sang spinning songs while using the machine, but this style fell into disuse as mechanization progressed.
